Available in clear as well as 14 pigmented versions, Spartacote Flex XT is commonly used as a top coat over traditional resinous flooring systems, stairs, refrigerator rooms, and exterior balconies. A 92% solids polyaspartic designed for maximum chemical and abrasion resistance, the UV-resistant material is LEED-eligible with minimal odor and minimal VOCs (< 50 g/l). Tolerant to 300º for incidental heat contact; no hot-tire pickup. Sparta-Grip micro-media agents can be introduced for added traction.
