The SIMPSON 95002 Mobile Pressure Washer Trailer System is a powerful, cold water pressure washing system perfectly suited to the needs of the concrete construction professional. Unlike a standard pressure washer, the SIMPSON 95002 is a complete cleaning system package designed and built with the singular purpose of saving time while getting the job done. The self-contained, onboard pressure washing system boasts 4200 PSI (pounds per square inch) and a flow rate of 4 GPM (gallons per minute). SIMPSON integrated a HONDA GX390 commercial OHV engine with a CAT high pressure industrial triplex pump. This created a durable, efficient, direct drive cold water cleaning machine that successfully streamlines the power from engine to pump. The CAT pump is a triplex design with ceramic pistons and a thermal relief valve promoting long life.
The work end of the 95002 pressure washer is equally powerful. The system is delivered with a pressurized hose reel with 100-feet of steel braided, non-marring, high-pressure hose attached that allows the operator to cover a tremendous amount of work area.
The hose, gun, wand and nozzles use Quick Connect fittings to snap together instantly. A professional grade gun and steel wand are included for durability. The five nozzles deliver 0-degree, 15-degree, 25-degree, 40-degree and soap settings for almost every construction clean up application.

The 95002 Pressure Washer Trailer System is built on the bed of a powder-coated steel trailer with a 2000 lb. axle that meets all Department of Transportation standards. The trailer features 6-ply tires on 12-inch spoke rims and full leaf spring suspension that easily withstands the speed of the highway and the rigors of the job site. It also has a bright highway-rated LED-lighting package and metal license plate holder. Just hook it up and you are ready to hit the road and go clean.
Job-site set-up is a snap. Just drive within 100-feet of the work area, Quick Connect the steel wand and spray gun to the high pressure hose, start the engine and get to work. It’s just that simple.
SIMPSON thought of everything. This pressure washer is mounted on an aluminum base plate to inhibit rust at the source. The trailer includes a high capacity hose reel and diamond plate storage/accessory box. Even the 150-gallon corrosion proof water tank (efficiently mounted behind the pump and engine) has a bottom drain petcock so cleanout is fast and thorough.
The entire SIMPSON 95002 Pressure Washer Trailer System is covered overall by a one-year limited warranty with gun, hose wand and nozzles covered for ninety-days. The CAT pump is additionally covered by a two year limited warranty and the Honda engine is covered by a three year limited warranty.
