The new EP-600 HD fits the innovative technology of our AP series planers into a planer featuring adjustable side plates. Our patented center pivot design keeps the planer firmly in the cut with little side-to-side movement, giving the planer unprecedented productivity. The open drum eliminates regrinding of material which increases efficiency and leaves spoil that can be recycled. The EP series planer features a patented fifth function that allows the operator to adjust the depth of both side plates simultaneously and independently. Unlike other manufacturers, our planer can operate both side plates with one button, keeping the relative depth difference between side plates consistent.
