Nox-Crete’s innovative Clean Line Reveal uses extruded, high-density PVC to create crisp reveals, rustication and chamfer design details that maximize the architectural aesthetics of tilt-up and precast concrete wall panels. Clean Line Reveal is easy to cut and is very easy to install using spray adhesive or double-sided tape. In addition to creating incredibly smooth and uniform concrete finishes, Clean Line Reveal eliminates retardation, dusting and surface discoloration resulting from wood sugar migration - common problems resulting from the use of traditional dimensional lumber, medium density fiber board, oriented strand board or plywood. Patching equipment, labor and material costs are also greatly reduced resulting in substantial savings to tilt-up contractors and precast wall panel producers.
