With inexperienced equipment operators on the rise, due to high rates of turnover, snow plow users have seen an increase in accidents and equipment damage. The L3 Simulator attempts to alleviate some of that inexperience by offering year round training.
Topics focus on situational awareness, safe plowing operations, distracted driving, fatigue management, and tandem operations for snowplow trucks, tractors, dump trucks, light- and heavy-duty trucks, and tractor trailers.
Companies can either train their hired workforce or pre-screen and assess new hires and seasonal operators or offer refresher training for experienced operators. The L3 can be booked on a weekly basis.
