The Liebherr truck-mounted concrete pump 37 XXT offers specific advantages for additional customer value. The boom has a vertical reach of 121 ft or 37 m and comes in an innovative 4-section Z- or R-fold design. The boom is extremely torsion resistant, ensuring that vibrations are reduced to an absolute minimum when unfolding at the construction site. To ensure a balanced weight distribution, the concrete pipeline is configured close to the boom on both left and right hand sides. Minimal pressure loss over the entire length of the distributor boom is guaranteed by the pipe bend in the concrete pipeline featuring a radius of 10.8 inch (275 mm).
Moreover, the pipe bends used are predominantly of the same type, reducing storage of different wear parts. An array of design features has been introduced to simplify the replacement of wear parts for ease of servicing. Patented, and therefore the only one of its kind available on the market, Liebherr's XXT narrow support is designed for low torsion and extremely robust. The front and rear outriggers are secured directly onto the boom pedestal of the distributor boom, ensuring that all forces are channelled directly into the outriggers and not into the truck chassis frame. Four pivoting outriggers guarantee maximum flexibility and an extremely wide swing range of the distributor boom when working in a narrow configuration.
This can prove decisive when working on building sites with limited access. The 37 XXT comes standard with a 140H high-pressure pump cell, delivering up to 185 yd3/h or 145 m³/h of concrete.
