Qualifies for single-occupant high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lane access in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, Utah, Virginia, and the District of Columbia; and free metered parking in Los Angeles, San Jose, and Santa Monica.
