Veneer creates natural brick appearance

Composed of concrete, fiber, and color pigments, these brick veneers have the look and feel of natural brick at a fraction of the thickness, weight, and cost of the originals. Four thin brick textures – antique, smooth, used, and wirecut – are available in 11 colors, as well as custom options that can match almost any requirement.

Sawn limestone economical to use

The Vanderbilt Classic is solid full-bed sawn veneer that offers the strong, clean limestone look at about half the price of custom cut stone. It uses traditional brick ties and is easily trimmed onsite for corner, door, and window openings. Showcasing light buff and gray shadowing, the veneer comes in large standard sizes, as well as custom versions for commercial and residential construction.

Mortar designed for veneer applications

Specifically formulated for veneer applications and tuckpointing of stone and thin brick, Veneer Stone mortar is a contractor-grade blend of portland cement, hydrated lime, and masonry sand. The mortar is designed for use in mortar joint applications, as a bonding coat to adhere stone to a wall, and as a 3/8-in. to ½-in. scratch coating. Although it comes standard in gray, the mortar can be colored. Polymer-modified and water-resistant formulations are available.

Line offered in several new colors

The Rock line of natural stone thin veneer expanded its style and color selection to include Cimarron, Cavanal, and Powderhorn. Cimarron is a fieldstone product that combines brown, rust, and gray tones. Cavanal has the same palette as Cimarron, but features a configuration that's a cross between country and traditional ledgestone. Powderhorn is a true dry-stack ledgestone with yellow, white, and gray hues.

Machine cuts imitation stone

This tool cuts all brands of imitation stone quickly, precisely, and dust free. The portable product weighs 33 lb, does not require electricity, and features T-1 hardened steel blades. Users claim mason productivity increases of 15% to 20% when using the cutter.

This manufactured stone veneer replicates a wide variety of natural textures and colors to match any setting. From exterior walls to breakfast nooks to fireplaces, this veneer can add rustic charm, elegant sophistication, or anything in between. Brick product comes in four profiles

A line of textured brick features various thicknesses and sizes with rough and worn edges. With 14 different colors to choose from, there are four brick profiles: RomaBrick, TundraBrick, ViaBrick, and ModenaBrick. Available accents include column caps, wall caps, trim molding, and half rounds.

Weep system protects stone

The EMC-3639 masonry weep system separates full and thin veneer natural stone from structural back-up walls, while creating a percolation system that allows moisture to travel down to weeps installed at the base of the wall. The product allows removal of unwanted moisture that can lead to mold, frost/thaw pressure, and spalling of exterior stonework.
