The RTR approach addresses the problems, and challenges, encountered while trying to execute a route, providing an accurate and seamless experience between driver and back-end planner. RTR can work as an independent stand-a-lone solution for ad hoc situations, as well as support a host of partner telematics AVL systems. Using the system, drivers follow a pre-defined route and stop sequence. In the event a driver has to make an unplanned departure and cannot complete a task, a new driver and vehicle can be instantly assigned to pick up exactly where the previous driver left off, ensuring accuracy of route completion.
