Bracing planks
Used in sets of three or more, T-Braces increase span and rigidity of walk boards and scaffolding planks. The T-beam is created by inserting a 2-in. x 10-in. board horizontally in the top opening of the braces, and a 2-in. x 6-in. board on-edge in the bottom of the braces. Maximum capacity of a 16-ft, three-brace system is 500 lbs.
Complete approach
The Total Scaffold System offers a high degree of flexibility, thanks to a wide selection of modular pieces. The key components are the rosette, ledger, and brace heads, which are constructed of high-tensile steel and hot-dip galvanized. Positive lock joints avoid any error during construction, and the light weight makes it easy to transport and assemble.
Non-slip
GripStrip scaffold planks feature a high-traction surface profile top and bottom for optimal worker safety. Hardened steel pinks are hydraulically pressed into the ends to prevent splits. Users can order the planks branded from end to end with their company name, and stamp them with OSHA compliance information.
High-visibility
Yellow scaffold offers a range of modular frames and components. Users can safely erect scaffolding around most structures, or assemble rolling towers when mobility is required.
Light duty
Adjustable, two-level Veneer scaffold fits residential and light commercial masonry work, indoors or outside. The two-level platform is suitable for walls up to 9-ft high and keeps material and masons at the appropriate height for most efficient production. Locking pins permit adjustment of legs every 2 in. for working on uneven ground.
Heavy duty
The Heavy-Duty scaffolding system features a two-speed winch that lets users crank it up with a full load onboard. Two operators can raise 105 ft of scaffold in about three minutes. The modular design permits various planking options.
Custom design
A variety of custom-crafted scaffolding systems are tailored to the specific requirements of the job. Construction frames consist of high-strength structural-steel tubing and come standard with quick locks. The fully coped joints provide long life and durability, and galvanized cross braces ensure an extended service life.
Protective wrapping
Strong Wrap is constructed from polyethylene and combines high tensile strength with durability to protect employees, equipment, and jobsites from the elements. Three reinforced bands improve the tarp's strength and have covered slit openings every 12 in. The wrap prevents cold air from entering enclosures while stopping warm air from escaping. It's available with a flame-retardant construction.
