The lobby at 160 Spear Street in San Francisco is often very busy throughout the day as it is a main gateway for the public. Keeping this fast-paced movement in mind, the contractor successfully completed a beautiful cast-in-place special finished floor, all while keeping the lobby available for public access.

By placing white Aggretex, the floor finish mimics terrazzo. The medium gloss level finish bounces natural light off of the floor, giving the entire space a glorious luminescence. Also, flawlessly placed within the polished concrete is a unique layout of stainless steel, making the floor aesthetically pleasing to everyone who enters.
