Situated on 75 acres in Addison, Texas, Greenhill School serves just under 1,300 students in grades Pre-K through 12. Founded in 1950, Greenhill School is one of the most prestigious college-preparatory schools in the Dallas area. The Greenhill School campus is comprised of 15 buildings, an athletic complex, theater, library and the new state-of-the-art Marshall Family Performing Arts center, totaling more than 303,000 square feet under roof. The campus also features many free-roaming peacocks who serve as the unofficial mascot of the school.

The Marshall Family Performing Arts building opened earlier this year and is the new home of the band, choir, dance, strings and theater. Texas Bomanite provided 11,500 square feet of 2-inch colored topping with decorative sawcuts on the first floor, as well as 14,680 square feet of diamond-polished concrete on the first and second floors. In the auditorium, we installed 875 LF Micro-Top finish at the orchestra and balcony risers. Finally, we used a con-color stain on the exterior 17,975 square feet of concrete.
