Hofmann Finn performed a complete tenant improvement of the St. John's Chapman Building first floor. This included completely gutting the existing space, all new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural improvements, media centers, state-of-the-art security systems, and much more. The project utilized the finest possible finishes such as custom weathered wood paneling and doors as well as diamond-polished concrete.

Working with the existing concrete floors underneath the previous VLC flooring, the contracor performed a deep cleaning and grind to achieve a consistent finish with ample aggregate. Using a custom-blended stain mixture and grinding to 3200 grit for a reflective finish, the concrete stands out as both mirror-like and uniquely colored and patterned.
