Old shopping mall space, formerly a pharmacy with VCT. Rehabilitated and repurposed to specialty retail. Repaired cracks and defects using a combination of techniques, green polyurea to represent grass with fractured colored glass inlays. Two large areas of spalls were decoratively addressed by carving an engraved scene and talismen into the floor which were then filled with integrally colored cementitious grout.
