Guardian AE is a low-VOC, water-based coating with 100% asphalt emulsion. The compounds contained in the material increase pavement’s durability and lengthen its useful life. Suitable for use on any asphalt surface, the sealer protects against penetration by water and oil, and against drying from harsh sunlight, by forming a tough protective membrane. It provides a more uniform, reliable method of protection than conventional sealers.
