The deadline for entering Tnemec Co. Inc.'s ninth annual Tank of the Year contest was Oct. 1. Which means it's now time to choose the 12 most eye-catching designs.
Anyone can vote – local government members, water project participants, fabricators, engineers, applicators, and private citizens. Just go to www.tnemec.com/tankoftheyear by Oct. 17.
The candidate with the most overall votes will be named the “People’s Choice." Previous winners include:
- an elevated tank in Okaloosa County, Fla.
- a "turtle" legged tank in Hollywood, Fla.
- a composite tank in Newton, Kan.
