The ultra-high build, solvent-free elastomeric polyurethane cures fast and dries into a dense, crack-resistant elastic membrane that can withstand the expansion and contraction of concrete, while providing exceptional protection to rivets, bolts, edges and other surface imperfections. Geotextile fabrics may also be embedded within the coating to produce reinforced, bonded geomembrane linings.
Applied as a lining, Polibrid 705E is ideal for potable water and wastewater service where exposure to H2S and microbiologically-induced corrosion (MIC) is prevalent. The coating’s highly flexible characteristics also make it an excellent choice for use in the mining and minerals markets, in secondary containment applications, and a broad range of other industrial environments.
