The ST98 thermal mass flow meter and remotely configurable Vortab insertion panel (VIP) flow conditioner work together to compensate for disturbances in wastewater treatment aeration basin compressed-air piping systems. Use an NPT fitting to install the meter just three pipe diameters downstream of the VIP to begin measuring flows and producing swirl-free, repeatable flow profiles from 0.75 to 600 SFPS without shutting down the process.
