The JackJaw’s jaw-and-lever mechanism enables a crew member to pull stakes and posts out of the ground without bending them or straining his back or shoulder. Model JJ0304 creates a 16-to-1 mechanical advantage: 100 lbs. of downward force on the handle generates 1,600 lbs. of upward force and 3,200 lbs. of gripping force on the post. The JJ0504 model generates 2,800 lbs. of upward force with 100 lbs. of force on the handle.
