2014 Countertops Winner
This outdoor kitchen has a tiled backsplash and two cast-in-place concrete countertops designed for convenient cooking by Scott Cohen of Green Scene Landscaping & Pools—with food preparation and cooking on the grill side, and dual serving levels on the bar side. The counters were embedded with recycled glass chips and fiber optic lights and then polished with granite finishing tools. At night the soft glow is subtle and romantic.
