Eric Wayne Inc was contracted to remove the existing double broadcast color quartz floor system and polish the concrete floor with exposed large aggregate. The existing concrete floor in the customer demonstration area of their facility is over 15 years old and had a discolored double broadcast color quartz floor system. EWI removed the existing color quartz system and exposed the large aggregate with a Shavemaster. The polish was then completed with metal bond tooling in grit sized from 16 to 150 and resin bond tooling steps from 100 through 3000 grit. A large corporate logo was dyed into the floor and the entire floor was sealed and burnished to complete the installation.
