The PCC Austin Family Health Center is a two-story, ground-up medical office building which serves as the headquarters for PCC Wellness. The facility contains administrative offices, conference rooms, educational classrooms, 15 medical and dental examination rooms, a pharmacy, outpatient procedure rooms and laboratories. This facility serves as the telecommunications and data backbone for the entire PCC network.

The building is LEED Gold-certified and utilizes a geothermal mechanical system to provide heat and air conditioning. In addition to the green roof, a small wetland constructed in the center of the parking lot will provide further stormwater control. Landscaping features drought-tolerant native plants that require no irrigation. The building is completely barrier-free to both patients and employees alike.

The polished concrete has a high gloss, polish finish. This floor met LEED qualifications. No wax or sealers were needed. The floor features natural beauty of exposed stone aggregate from diamond grinding. Some of the challenges faced in the concrete polishing included preventing stains and construction damage to unfinished concrete floors before they were stained. Workers scheduled the entire floor for staining work only in order to get the best result possible. Floor finishing work started after the majority of heavy construction work was completed by all other trades to produce a quality finish.
