Thanks to a fresh makeover, the former Armstrong Cork Factory has become one of Pittsburgh's most unique urban residences. The Armstrong Cork Company opened the building in the city's Stip District circa 1901, and it's now on the National Register of Historic Places. Antunovich Associates restored elements including the red brick, silo, and engine room, and today, the building features nearly 300 apartments and a number of amenities including a gym, clubhouse and pool.
